Machine Introduction:

Currently, semi-automatic models include: 1-in-1, 1-in-2, 1-in-4, etc; The sealing can be directly applied to packaging containers with different diameters such as 5-25CM, and the shape of the cup mouth is not limited to circular, square, polygonal, and other irregular packaging containers. 1、 Introduction to Electronic Control: Equipped with photoelectric tracking, it automatically senses the color mark (positioning) on the sealing film, achieving accurate film feeding (length control of the sealing film). Each mold can seal and automatically cut the film into shape. The automatic film winding function is to synchronously roll up the remaining film edge after the sealing and cutting at the mold. Adopting a simulated PLC control system, the machine can freely control the actions of the upper and lower molds, the heat sealing time at the sealing point, the demolding action, and the film feeding/rewinding action. The machine also has an automatic counting function and an automatic intelligent constant temperature control system. It adopts a start setting of pressing the green key with both hands at the same time to prevent human hands from entering the mold area and improve the safety of operators. Easy to operate, good sealing effect, smooth and tight.

According to customer requirements, food grade 304, 316, 201 stainless steel construction can be used, with copper upper mold and high-strength aluminum lower mold, CNC precision carved.

3、 Operational traffic:

① Heat the four molds to the set temperature (usually set at 120-180 ℃ depending on the ambient temperature and the cup or film material that needs to be heat sealed. The experiment must be gradually conducted from low to high during initial use, and recorded and fixed when the sealing effect is achieved)

② Manually place the box into the corresponding mold

③ Press the green button on the edge of the mold with both hands simultaneously, and the mold will start

④ Automatic sealing/trimming (mold pressing time, controlled by the time relay on the panel)

⑤ The upper mold rises and the lower mold automatically retracts

⑥ (Optional feature: Automatic ejection of products)

⑦ Automatically collect waste film and complete a workflow.
